CREATING THE AUTOMATION ROADMAP
VALUE ASSESSMENT
In this phase we evaluate the outcomes of the prototyping phase and collect detailed data on each process to quantify the benefits and costs.
This will allow us to estimate the overall value (ROI) based on which we then prioritize the automation opportunities.
The result is a prioritized list of the opportunities, i.e. the automation roadmap.

It reflects for each opportunity the quantified benefits and the expected complexity of implementation as in indication for the expected ROI.
After review and sign-off by Management the opportunities can move to the next phase, i.e. to implementation.
