Process analysis – what we analyse:

We focus on these fundamental aspects of any process.

It is these aspects where potential for improvement by means of automation can be found.

Again, a solid understanding of automation technologies, in particular predictive and generative AI, is key to discover effective solutions.

How we capture & display the results:

To capture all results from the process analysis we use the Intial Process Assessment (IPA) template to the right.

The IPA displays all key information in a way that is also suited to present the results to senior management to gain their understanding and support.

on a process, its characteristics and its automation potential.

ALIGNING BEFORE WE START
SCOPING

Before we start with the analysis we recommend to conduct a scoping session with all stakeholders and address key questions to ensure early alignment.

Scoping – what we will align on:   

  • Why and where to start with the process analysis?
  • What is the current and desired future state and the delta?
  • How could the transformation of processes help to close the delta? 
  • Where in the enterprise are the biggest problems?
  • Which solutions to the various problems have the highest potential, i.e. what should be in scope?
